Hello, Blue screen said "There are no spare stack pages. It may be necessary to increase the settings of "MinSPs" in SYSTEM.INI to prevent possible stack faults. There are currently 5SPs allocated." Could someone please tell me if this is a major problem, and if a dummy, like me, can fix it? Thanks all.

Thanks R_C 72 for the links, and yes I'm a dumb-azz for not posting Win98 as my OS! The first link looked right, but not sure the fix will work. Tried the search at MS, turned up no results, likely due to the # of SPs being 5. Maybe the # of SPs multiples in WIN98 is different than WIN95. Also, probably should take this post to the OS board?

Are you running Win95 ?? Next time give more system details. Here's a link to MS site for stack errors.. might be of assistance.. http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q149/0/83.asp Also go to www.microsoft.com (http://www.microsoft.com) choose search and enter the error you get.. DrVette
