I started to put a system together with a MSI BxMaster board. I nstalled the boad, HD and FDD with 64mb of ram from another system just to see if it boots. This was last week. Today I installed PC133 128K of ram and the system will not come on. Is there somthing about the ATX case that I am not doing. I'm really frusted. It did not work this time with the 64mb stick either. I checked all connections, and the only thing that I did was disconnect the hard drive, and reconnect it.

Try the 128 MB (megabytes, not kilobytes http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif) in a different slot. Sometimes they can be a bit strange about which slot they go into. Also make sure your motherboard can use stick of RAM that large.
Just a suggestion. May be a bit too simplistic though.
