How much can micron 100 mhz. SDRAM be overclocked to?

Depends on the spec of the chips and even then, there's variations to some degree. Since you didn't include any serial#'s or I.D. marks on the DIMM, no way we can even verify if the memory is PC100 or PC66 let alone how high it will o/c.

What are the markings on your RAM?

My 128Mb Micron PC100 -8E SDRAM is capable of 125Mhz at CAS2. :-D
