Hey-hey Nathan, long time no speak.

I don't want to stay away, it be difficult you know...? Like some sort of goodness drug, this site. /forum/smile.gif

But it's frustrating now. It isn't the Sysopt site. I tried almost everything I can think of. It must be my ISP. I emailed them about it but don't expect any resolution soon, if at all, unless they are aware of what is going on already. I'd like to hold off installing a 'free internet' service software as long as possible. It'll help to rule in/out my ISP as the source of the problem.

What I want, is to hear how your doing -the more important things. But don't say, you don't have to. What I want, is for you to know that I honestly care to ask...

But this too, is sometimes a difficult thing.

I really hate to see you go. Hopefully you'll get it corrected somehow. Thanks for sharing you knowledge with us. I've learned a lot from you. And it's greatly appreciated.

Do you have a font smoother either checked or installed?

Well B.E. You've always had a way with words. By your other posts, it looks like your problem got solved, I hope.

As to me and ours, well, it's a VERY tough road right now. Thanks for asking. Seems like it's all uphill and I can't see the top yet. But we take it a step at a time. Nothing new to say other than to say to you all thanks for all the prayers and support.

Other than that, I just completed course #1567, Preinstalling & Deploying MS Windows 2000. It was interesting.

Yes, Nathan. It has always been uphill. Backwards, shuffle-stepping, sideways or rolling. You'll get there before too long ...*smile*... so will I.

So many members here are much more knowledgable than me. Really, they are. You are. My advice is usually a link to to more info and stuff like that. But I don't mind. Sometimes I hit the mark and help in just the right way...you know?

You, by the way, were the first one I had a connection with, way back. We used to reply to the posts nearly at the same time. Filling in the gaps either one of us might have missed in our responses to help.

Yes it is...I say...yes it is comfortable...as it been exchanging ideas with you.

You know I use to feel a little bad because I left those gaps out. But I've learned that I see so many different configurations everyday that it is really impossible to remember everything. So I just give it my best shot and hopefully I'll spark an idea that helps in leading to a solution.
