We started with a logitech quick cam..Each time we installed it and turned it on, it would say in use by another application or not installed properly. We know it was installed correctly so we went into add new hardware and added it in ourselves. It still did the same thing so we thought it was the cam. We go buy another called Zora and now it says No video capture device is being detected. We know that we are installing exactly the way the instructions say. So is there any way we can go in and configure it ourselves. Now we are out over $200.00 and still dont have a working cam. We are very frustrated and neither of the companies seem to offer any help. We thought maybe you could help. Please try! We have a Hewlett Packard, Windows 98, parallel port cam, 500MHz and if you need to know anything else please feel free to email. Make sure to write "Regarding Webcam" so we know it isnt junk mail. Thank you so much.
