WinXP x64 , system freezes after chipset drivers setup

Hi people!!!

my desktop is a Core2 duo 4GB ram, 250gb sata, dell intel gm31 board, it has foxconn printed on the mobo.

the problem am facing is after installing winx64 and the moment i install the intel chipset drivers and system restarts. keybd and mouse freeze

i again reinstalled but the same issue..

Any ideas???

Sounds like wrong drivers. Which drivers did you try Dell or from Intel ?

Use your Service Tag when searching Dell Support.
