When I was running XP I could save MS pub (*.pub) files as PDF files ready for printing (newsletters etc.) I was advised to download a special add-on which let me do this. I can't find it (forgot) so is anyone there who can point me?

You can convert any file to PDF with this, Doc:
http://www.cutepdf.com/
It creates a virtual printer that you select when you "print" any document. Just select the CutePDF printer instead of your regular printer and it will ask you where to save the PDF file. Easy. Install it on all of your PCs.
Be careful when you install any "free" software. It may ask to install a toolbar or change your default search engine. Read each window before clicking "Next".

Oh Bill, you beaut! That was the one. I expect it was you told me of it before. Downloaded it and it worked like a charm.
Thanks as ever, (Where's my memory gone I ask myself?)
