No results in Google for these errors (missing spemsmts.dll & ukowiduc.dll)

I just cleaned this system with MalwareBytes and AVAST. It found 76 infected files via a boot time scan with AVAST and 19 malware/spyware programs with MalwareBytes. Now it's giving these errors every time the computer is restarted:

Error loading c:\Windows\spemsmts.dll
The specified module could not be found

error loading c:'windows\ukowiduc.dll
specified module could not be found

I tried searching Google for the dll's, but no joy.

Did you check the MSconfig startup? There are probably some old spyware entries in there.

If you don't find them in Startup, search Regedit for them and delete them there.
