...this might be (64MB 168pin SDRAM).
The logo on the chip is a circle interrupted by a small square in the upper left corner. The small square is made up of 9 smaller squares.
The reason I'm asking is that although this was bought as generic ram it is stable at 115Mhz.

No other identifiers that I can see on chip or board, but Ram is still in the slot.
