go to this link: http://www.dialpad.com/index.html and sign up - just requires you fill out a short survey - and then you can make phone calls thru the internet! you dont have to download a program or anything - i think it said it was java-driven. anyways, it works - i called myself /forum/smile.gif pretty cool - and a lot cheaper than paying for long distance!

Yep, been playing with that thing for a couple of days. Seem to be some bugs as far as echo on both ends, but some say a headset helps.
Make sure to check any and all sound card settings and multimedia settings to find a working combination.
I've got it working, but a long way to go as far as sound quality /forum/smile.gif

Works great on DSL, the delay is no worse than a typical cell phone.
