I got an older system (Abit NF7-M, Athlon XP 2500 Barton 1.8333 GHz, Win XP). Runs just fine for internet and office applications.

I got 2 Samsung 22'' LCD Monitors (Max 1680x 1050). I am using onboard VGA so one monitor has been sitting on shelf for a while (year and a half and has started to bug me).

Dual DVI Video Cards (AGP or PCI) at Newegg are atleast $60.

I have been offered this PNY Quadro FX 1000 AGP card for $25.00. It has dual DVI connectors.

Since this is a workstation video card, is it worth to get it in place of online 32 mb vga graphics. :D

That card should be fine for dual monitors. Doesn't sound like you plan to play games.
