How do i put a pitcure of my sandra cpu benchmark in my meesage? Ive seen it a couple of times on this MB and would like to learn how to do it..

You gotta first have a place on the net to put a graphic file. Like your personal web page space that's probably provided by your ISP.

Once the image is on the net and accessable, you then just use the [ img ] tag, but without the spaces, after that put the URL of the image, then [ /img ] to close the statement, again without the spaces.

To capture the image press the print screen key. This will take a snapshot of your desktop and save it to the clipboard. Then you can paste it into paint an cut out the image you want. Remeber to save it as a jpg or gif.
