I would like to add programs on the task bar that are always there. I would like it to display a down arrow function.

1. If I click on the name it should exacute the program.
2. If I exacute the arrow it should open a flyout that has a list of prg's that will exacute if selected - one at a time.

I miss the old start menu from XP. That's what I'm trying to do. Click on "Start" and have every PRG listed above and if you like you could add a fly out.

I'm using Windows 7 which I love but miss...

I use a U3 that I never remove.

My question is. What happens if I remove the Ready Boost and put it back into the USB slot?

You have 2 completely different questions in one thread. Please make separate threads next time.

You can use Classic Shell to get the old menus or you can add the Quick Launch to the taskbar. I think that's what you mean.

Just right click on the drive and click "do not use readyboost on this drive". It should act like a regular drive after that.

Sorry about the two questions. Not sure how I did that.
