Heatsink my 400 Celeron ?

The Global will fit but may cover two of your dimm slots if it is set up like a BF6 which I think it is. You don't need anything extra except the two small black clips and the two long black slots for mounting the cpu tht should have come with the mobo(long clips) and the slocket (small clips). You may try a socket sinker from 3dcool.com. It won;t cover any of your dimm slots and it is better than a retail sink.

Setup: 400C on Abit BH6, with hope of overclocking it.
Questions:
1) I have to use a slocket to change from 370 to slot 1, so do I need any special attachments when I put on the heatsink ?
2) Can you recommend a good heatsink unit ? I heard the Global Win FDP32/VFP32 are good, do these fit ?
3) Should I use anything else, or is the heatsink and the cpu fan (came with case) enough ?
