I have an IBM ADF color scanner installed on my K6-2 /400 machine. The fax utillity has worked fine until about 4 days ago when we cancelled a fax transmission, now I get the following error message "Failure to communicate with FAX driver". I have tried deleting the entire program and reinstalling, but I get the same error. The scanner works fine with other functions such as OCR and saving pictures.
I'm using Quick link as the communcation software and I've also tried MS Exchange. There are no updated drivers that I have found since the last ones in 96, and I've got those. I've reinstalled Quicklink as well. I'm running out of ideas and I'm not sure wether this is a windows problem or if the problem lies with other software.
Anyone have some thoughts on this. The scanner is a 25H6629 and is made by Plustek for IBM. OS is Win 98.
