Skilling is asking the US Supreme Court to consider whether the federal "honest services" law was applied correctly.

He can't seem to get the breaks, these days, in 2008, Skilling was moved to a low-security prison near Littleton, Colorado, as his original prison, FCI Waseca, was being converted to an all-women facility.
