On some PC's, at boot-up time, if you press and hold down the escape key throughout the post process, it will cause an error, and prompt you to press either the <F1> or <del> keys to enter the bios and correct it.

You might try that.

Nope, didn't work, it just gives me a keyboard erroe and prompts to reboot. No bios access still. Thanks for reply but still need help.

I have a problem with a compaq Prolinea 486/66. I don't know how to get into the bios setup pgm. On SU it just doesn't see my HD and shows an IO error. It will start from the floppy into DOS.Can someone help me out w this Snooper pgm or a setup disc?
