I'm using MS Outlook 2003 on a PDA and all of a sudden in the middle of editing a Note in Contacts it stopped allowing me to edit. I tried several other Contacts and can edit those, but cannot edit the Notes for this particular Contact anymore. Any suggestions?

Can you copy the contact or create a new one and then delete the old one?

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't think I could do that from w/in my PDA (my laptop is hitting me w/ an "operating system not found" error) but I was able to do that although after clearing all notes, the Contact does remain corrupted. I'll just delete the entire Contact and start over. I was just hoping not to lose the notes I had in the Action tab for this Contact which can't be accessed via my PDA to copy to another app.

Sounds like you need a pen and paper to take notes on your notes...LOL

I know. Technology makes life so much easier, but in the end, it really comes down making hard copies.

Or having a good backup of the hard drive data.
