ATI (AMD) Tech Support?

Anyone know an email address to reach these folks. I have a case opened with them for an All-IN-Wonder HD card, they emailed me back asking for some more info, and my return emails get a delivery delay then delivery failure message. I checked the web site and I see no way to input my case number and add comments. I fear they will close the case. The email address I have from what they sent me was TECH.SUPPORT@AMD.COM .

Any help is appreciated.

If they e-mailed you back then what was the original e-mail addresse that you used?

are you sure that you are using the right reply e-mail adresse?

I sent an email to where Train suggested. This looks more like a dealer or vendor inquiry, but hopefully will work.

They have you fill out a form on their site for support. Then they replied by email asking for some files with info to troubleshoot. The email address that is came from first came back with a delayed delivery notice then a failed delivery notice. You cannot go back to the web & read the case like some web sites do that allow you to add info.

Guess I'll sit tight & hope I hear something, or else start a whole new case.
