Got my BE6-II in today and naturally I have problems. First I put the board, put all my cards in, and hooked my hdd to the u66 controller aand it booted fine. No trouble at all. Ok it wanted the drivers for the Highpoint controller. Installed the drivers and rebooted and nothing. It gave me a "error loading device:vcomm. windows protection error. Took all the cards out and still nothing. Put the hdd on the regular ide and it gives me a blinking cursor. It doesn't find but 1 of my three cd roms on the bootup. I tried to reinstall windows on top and iot gave me BSOD while installing and now still won't boot. Am i going to have to format and start over. I'm not overclocking it either. I've double checked all the cables and everything is fineand tehe pins are lined up right. Any help?

You might want to get the latest BIOS and Highpoint drivers from Abit. I ahev heard that the Highpoint drivers will fix alot of the ATA66 problems if that is the root of the problem. Good luck. I went with the BF6 myself because of this potential problem. I hope you get it resolved soon.
