blackice problem

i seem to have a blackrice problem. everytime i try to restart my system i get an illeagal opperation box from BLACKD . when this happens i cant do anything but hit the reset button to complete the restart. any ideas on why this is happening?

Are you sure it's not one of those blue screens that says something like "Hit ENTER to end the current application" at which point everything else works?

This happened to me, but I discovered it was because McAfee antivirus was trying to load at the exact same time. Now all I do is let McAfee finish loading before I type in my network login, and everything's fine.

this happens during shutdown. i get an illegal opperation box that has a cancel button and a ok button. i can hit each button 5,000,000,000 times and the thing wont do anything until i hit the reset button, then windoze loads it says it wasnt shut down properly and runs a scan disk.

I had the same problem. Try to uninstall it then reinstall it.
