Installed a proxy swapper thingi .... Twiddled wiv it .... Found out it was all a loda ole carponna .... Uninstalled it .... it wouldn't go away ....... Google wouldn't work .... Kept telling me I was dodgy ....... Whats my IP told me i was in paris :rolleyes: umm whoa ..... Virus killer said I had gerzillions of viri all of a sudden like ...... I tried restore .... Naaaaa still reconed I was in the land of the garlic eating surrender monkey..... So FORMAT C will get rid of it ..... Ya never quite know whats what if you have such misterious behaviour goin' on
I couldn't find how or where the proxy data was .... frankly its like trying to find a needle in a haystack ...... So lets re-hash 52% percemnt of format complete right now ........ This is gonna be a looooooong night :mad:
Moral of the story ..... Some ya win some ya loose ...... Poxy proxy I say .... Gonna have to see if can find another ....... Want a highspeed ssl past my isp ya see .... See if I can circumvent their traffic shaping ... Yeah ok they say they don't do it ...... I'm King Tut ........
Anyone know of any decent proxy setups that work fast don't cost the earth ? ...... The free ones a highly dubious .... well te pay for ones prolly are too finkin bout it :(
