comp wont post NO NOTHING

hmm i have a wierd problem
my experiment computer will not post the LED on the monitor just blinks and there are no beeps comming out off the comp
the cpu fan goes on and well i cant think of anything everything is checked exept the mobo

2x32mb pc100ram hmm one seen as 8mb
ATI mach64 4mb pci
P200MMX@225mhz
3.2gb maxtor HDD

Generally it's faulty seating of memory, cpu, or video card. Also, check MB jumper settings and cable connections.

take everything out other than the power supply and mobo. Turn it on and see if it posts. If it does, then add one thing to the comp, maybe video card, then turn and see if it posts, keep doing it til you find the faulty hardware. See if you can fix or replace it.

The Ram thing looks fishy to me too.
