Are you getting any beeps? Right off the getgo id say check and make sure the memory is seated all the way, you really have to push on it hard. Also check the other cards to be sure they are in good.Then make sure you have the cables to hard drive and floppy in correct, colored stripe should be on pin #1 on MB and pin#1 on drives,usally on the drives it is pin close to the power plug but can be different on some floppys.Keep us posted okay? Ohh and you may need to clear the bios,look in your MB manual to see which pins to jump to do this.

I would add to Ram's good suggestions->
unplug all but necesary components. pull the modem and sound card. start with the essentials and build up from there. Its osunds like you are not even getting a BIOS screen, is the vid. card seated nice and tight?
Beeps will be a good indicator that something is wrong.
Good luck and welcome to the nightmare that is advanced computing.

Most importantly, No matter how mad or drunk you get...A hammer will NOT fix it. Unless of course it is a quality mallet or sledgehammer...uh...nevermind http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Does the fan in the PSU start? Do the hardrives spin up?

Check the manual for the cmos jumper too. Set it to "Run" position if it's in "Clear".
