soundblaster live value

im trying to set up a midi keyboard and run q base
midi out works fine as does my joystick
no midi in at all
ive tryed a different soundcard
nothing helps any ideas
iv beentrying for about a year
please help!!

Hi,
I have a SBlive Value and an Roland Midi keyboard. It's got no sound-samples built-in
so it uses the midi out from my Sblive. To connect it I used the Gravis midi adapter and that works fine, but without it it won't. So perhaps you need a seperate midi adapter as well.
