Well believe it or not ....... I fixed it :)

I took it ta bits, cleaned tha stuff...... Greased it all up wiv me Amsoil Synthetic Greasy Weasy ....... Glued the gearbox screws in wiv Threadlok 243 & Bob is yas fathers brother..... Uhh ? Bobs yas uncle ...... El Clutchy not slipping no more ......... Gearbox screws had rattled loose ....... God I'm brilliant ........

Mind you the threadlock & grease are prolly the most expensive components in tha whole assembly ......... Got the drill on special £9.99 a while ago :D .......... They last 18mnths to 2 yrs ..... Then the Batts go boobies up ........ & its usually cheaper to replace the whole shooting match ........... Theys currently £29.99 for two

I'd really like a DeWalt One (Drill driver thingi) ........... I'd like a Ferrari too but don't have one of them fer similar reasons :(

I gots two Dewalts. A 14.2v drilldriver and an 18v hammer drill. The batteries seem to hold up well. I do use the trickle charge/tuner on'em once in a while though.

Yeah ..... They's the kinda thing I'd like ........ I don't think I do enough stuff wiv em tho to warrant the expense...... Maybe I'll do a ram raid on the tool store.... There's a few things I want ......... 240v generator, compressor, windy toolz, Propane/fan heater some welding stuff etc etc :r

Ohh & right NOW I need a Jigsaw .......... Umm ...... Everyone cops a deaf un' when I shout out fer one O' them ......... Need ta cut a rectangle outta me front door fer a letterbox ....... Don't really wanna buy one just fer that

Still using one of the original battery packs, too.

I suppose you're right. It must be a smaller case than it appears to be. Here's a pic of the "V8" in mine. My dentist is jealous.:D
