my current specs:

intel e5200
msi g31m3-f
2gb memory ddr2(800)
120gb hdd sata2
dvd/writer +/-
thermaltake 500watts psu
hd3650 ddr3(my current video card)

please help me on choosing video card that will fit on my pc specs, to avoid bottleneck.
my choices are:

9600gt 512mb ddr3
9600gt oc 512mb ddr3
9600gso 512mb ddr3
9800gt 512mb ddr3
9800gtx 512mb dd3
hd3870ddr4 512mb
hd3850 512mb ddr3

Depends on the price you are getting the cards for. The 9800GTX is definitely the best card out of your choices. I'm guessing that the 9800GT is going to be cheaper, so that will probably be a good option.

3850 < 9600GT < 3870 < 9800GT

Just keep in mind that you can spend hundreds of dollars, but the video card will only work as good as the rest of the hardware in the machine..

Id hold off new GPU's will be out April 14th from both ATI and Nvidia 230 - 249 you may see some price drop in the ones your looking at or pick up a new one.
