on my del laptop the "accessories file" does not have system tools and defrag..they are in a folder on the desktop(per previous owner)

how do i move them back to the accessories file?(Ie so can access via start>accessories>system tools)

drag from where to where?

tried dragging "folder" on desktop (where defrag and sys clean are located) to
"accessories" but didnt work

What is listed in the folder on the destop? Are they shortcuts?

Copy them into the start menu/accessories/system tools menu.

right click on the start button and click explore. you can drag and drop items into the All Users Start Menu or Programs.

Yes. That folder belongs in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories.

Use MK's shortcut. Right-click the Start button and select "Explore All Users". In the Explorer, open Programs and then Accessories. Highlight the System Tools folder and Cut. Paste into the Accessories folder.
