Serial port connector 2

I have a dell dimension 4100 that my wife uses it. After I installed a used mobo P4GE-FSC. I am in a big trouble with serial port connector since dell has it on block. That mobo has 20 pins this switch led connector has 16-1, 15 pins. How to solve the problem since I cant turn it on and off the PC,

Install a different mobo in the case or move this mobo to a different case.

FYI: this has nothing to do with a serial port connector. It is the front panel swith and LED light connector.
