All those who would favor a Trader Rating Forum or something to the like cast your vote here please. We all need a way to see how worthy the person we're dealing with is and this would be a great way to do it. Elite Hardware has one and was it was really helpful on a recent trade with someone I've never had contact with. It has positive/negative ratings and allows you to give a brief description of the trade. Maybe if enough people vote in favor of this Scott would try to incorporate something similar for those of us who trade. Just a thought.

I think this would be an easy and productve forum that owuld help SYSOPT. Let's get it going! It would take alot of our needless guess work out of the works.

Yes, I think it woud be a great idea. If Sysopt is not willing to add a new forum for this, maybe they would let us post these trader ratings in the resellersratings forum. It doesn't get many posts anyway, even though I find resellerratings.com very useful and always check it before I order.

http://heatware.elitehardware.com/ is set up just for that purpose and is quite beneficial. Good place to check and I'm sure Heat would add SysOpt to the list with the slightest prod.

I know you all want something like that to be in-house to SysOpt, but why reinvent the wheel? The database that the original poster here linked to already does a good job of rating on-line traders. You don't agree? Plus, it would be quite a programming task to implement - days of work. It would have to be supported by more than a handful of people to justify it.
