I tried to use IE5 for my bank but it kept giving me page not found after I d/l the 128 encryption. I finally went back to IE4, and I also used Netscape. Good luck

I am running IE 5 through a proxy server and when I try to access my online banking, it says I need 128-bit encryption. so I downloaded IE 5 and installed it and then checked to see if there was a download for 128 encrypting but to no avail...what do I do?

you need to visit the windows update page and from there you can download the 128bit encryption patch.
