Does anyone know of any software which will not allow software install without a password? My 14 year old is getting too smart!!

yeah, Its called NT! or Win2000 /forum/biggrin.gif
Seriously though I do know there is software out there that prevents software installs or any changes to the computer unless you have the password. (I dont know the name of the software but I can find out what it is on Monday (they use it at my wife's school to prevent the kids from screwing up the computers!)

You might tell your 14 year old that he/she will not load any software without your permission. It's a novel concept but that type of thing worked with my kids.

Security 98 has alot of features to lock people out. I think you can set the HD to read only. I think...
