ram error FS80 ?

A freind of mine says that when he starts his computer and plays games or uses apps everything is fine. But if he goes into IE-5 and trys to surf the web or get e-mail, everything starts to slow down including mouse movement. When he gets to his secound or third page the computer locks up and an error comes up on the screen stating (ram error FS80). System is a pII-350 with 128 meg of ram. Any Ideas?

I don't use IE...but I have been seeing a LOT of people complaining about problems with the latest IE versions. Have you check MS to see what they have to say about it, or if there is another patch for the darn app?
