Outlook Express Return Receipt

When I was running the older versions of Outlook Express, I had an Icon on my e-mail
tool bar that I could click when I was sending an e-mail and it would send
me a Return Receipt when the recipient picked the message up. Since I've
up-graded to Outlook Express 5.0, I no longer have that Icon. I've
searched all through Internet Explorer 5.0 and Outlook Express 5.0 programs and I CANNOT find any way to enable Return Receipt on my tool bar again. Please help.

OE5 here. If it's there, I can't find it.

Only "Received", which is a column that can be added to the Toolbar, but not "Return Receipt". There's no reference to RR in Help, or MSKB..
