is there any particular cause for the windows error message/s ??
the program xxxxxxx has performed an illegal operation, and will be closed down.
well it something like that anyway.
thanks
The details button gives you better information.
Basically, it tells you there is a conflict within your system you should look at and resolve.
about 20% of the time, the problem can be resolved by going into safe mode and running a scandisk/defrag combination on your hard drives.
A simple cross-linked file may be your only problem.
In other cases, you may need to resolve an IRQ conflict in control panel, reload or upgrade a driver, or possibly uninstall and reinstall the indicated program or system file.
Without the error message, you might never know what went wrong in your system.
So - what is causing you grief? - Which program is giving you the illegal ops messages and does it happen often?
Do you have e-mail or control panel open each time it happens?

this should help: http://www.ehelpfree.com/nathan/#ima2
good luck ...
so the program is causing a problem in itself - cool - tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program yet? - next - does the selling company have a web site and have you checked it for a program patch download?
That's all that comes to mind right off....
