My girlfriend is 45 years old and doesn't have medical insurance. She has been traveling city to city recently for a place to live and job(s). Meanwhile she told me ( very embarressing to her I'm sure ) if I could find a good medication for her pain caused by "collapsed hemoroids"? I don't know much about that kind of stuff, even less what medication to look for. But she has been using suppositories and they do little to relieve the pain. Is there anything else out there she can try without a prescription? She mentioned she would rather try a oral type of medication if possible. Thanks for any info if possible. Bye for now.

I thought LA had free medical clinics all over the place. She needs to get to a doctor. Stop messing around looking for medical advice on a computer forum.

This is all very heavy duty .......... I take it there's a diff between Co-Lapse & Pro-lapse ...... sounds similar too ....... My bad ....... This I do know...... after a while haemorrhoids need surgery..... Now as good as you may be with matters DIY ..... I suggest a doctor should be her 1st port of call.

She doesn't live in L.A. She lives in Florida. But the symptoms got worse since she has been traveling recently.

Ya know ..... The application of a bitta plain old common sense is required here...... If ya guts are droppin' outta ya acre.... Ya needs a doc to (Amongst other things) shove em' back apply a staple to keep em' in place fer the time being..... Plus prescribe a few meds to dull it down to a deep throb & sort out the inflammation & associated infection.....

I thought only "Cotton Heads" Lived in Florida anyways :t ...... aka LGB & co

Florida's standards may be low, but they're high enough to keep JM in Old Blighty. :t (I helped raise them significantly by moving here. :D )

All koffing aside, there are free and low-cost clinics everywhere. If your GF is afraid to go to one - lack of money is only an excuse - she only makes matters worse in the long run.

Man, Miami isn't Florida. It's north Cuba.

Feel free to send your Hollywood poofs around here. They'll get the full Florida Gators welcome.

Y'a could always check the warranty.
One bloke sent up above the clouds for a replacement bottom, 'cos the one he was using had a hole in it. :p
