It doesn't "sound" like it is...but ya know. Most drives are pretty silent as it is. Thanks in Advance! ayuen 01-31-2000, 08:38 AM I think that's supposed to happen. It should be the light on the right and just indicates that a disc is in the drive. SysOpt.com
