Buy Windows Vista from sellers at amazon.com

I was looking around checking the price of Windows Vista Home Premium and I found the OEM version at amazon.com for around $80. People selling these are high rated sellers and they all say "brand new factory sealed" on their descriptions. My question is: would you trust that software? Thanks.
