How do you instal a 2X AGP SIS 6326 16MB Video card?

How do you instal a 2X AGP SIS 6326 16MB video card? Numerous times, I tried putting it in the AGP slot and booting up but the monitor remains blank. The new computer works fine with an old PCI video card from my old computer. The new computer is a 500 Athalon running on a Biostar motherbord.

In the BIOS you have a setting that says something like int. PCI first ,change it to AGP . Also you might need to install the AGP drivers for your motherboard in windows.
