Go to your control panel and check your system file and see if you have a conflict there will be a yellow ! mark on the conflicting driver. Good luck Butchk

well windows does not find the card so i think it might be dead

maybe it is not thightend good enough
with your vga change screw it out move it to a other slot and try !
i hope it isent dead !

Is it in the first pci slot? If so, the agp took its irq.
If not, still sounds like an irq problem.
