Which Opteron?

Can anyone recommend a 939 pin Opteron for my ECS extreme Mobo? A friend of mine gave me his old Geforce 7800 AGP card. I have a brand new ( 2-3 years old sitting in the retail box ) mobo. I just need a CPU to add to it plus memory of course. My budget is around $65.00. I seen some as high as $175.00 on ebay. Howerver, I bought a Opteron last year for $45.00 for a similar mobo. Thanks in advance. :t

best off to try ebay or craig's...they haven't made 'em in over a year, and supplies everywhere are meager at best.
