You need to run a different anti-virus/spyware program.
I use about 3 of each type. There is no "one program does it all".
I would start with Counterspy, Adware Away, and Spybot Search and Destroy.
but with this one I knew that there are viruses and trojans :(
I used many programs too but all results were no infection!
I used AntiTrojan program 'dont remember the name' but the scan results were fine with that program!!
thanks for your suggestions

The picture you attached is useless. it doesn't show up properly.
if you have locked files, you can try killbox or unlocker. there are links in the AV/Antispy sticky (see sig below).
Counterspy is one of the top antispyware apps. The trial version is fully functional for 15 days. Make sure to disable system restore and run CS while in safe mode.
AntiVirus programs differs in their capacity to handle Trojans.
IMHO this is the best of the Free AntiVirus application and it also scores the highest among AntiVirus programs in "Trojans affairs.

I use Antivir and Windows native WinDefender as the active protection and I am clean ;) for few years.

You can try a free full scan using Trend Micro Housecall.

Error occurred during file deleting: The operation not supported for this type of archive. That would indicate that it was found in the System Volume Information folder. That's where System Restore keeps backups. We can't tell because the link you provided to us for the snapshot is bad. You don't have to use Image Shack. Upload your picture here in the forums as an attachment instead.
Anyway, you can disable System Restore temporarily to delete the files there. Look in Control Paqnel > System > System Restore. Disable, reboot and re-enable and your problem will likely be solved. If not, Avast can do a "Startup" scan. use that.
thanks for all
