NEED HELP With SB-live mp3+

I just installed the sound blaster live mp3+ into my abit be6-II mb. Loaded all the drivers and now all I get is a high piched tone when windows sounds are played and when games are played. But if I put a music cd in the cdrom the music plays great. I am using a 2-speaker system with powered sub woofer. So I figure I must have the speakers plugged into the right jack. I know it is not plugged into the digital out.
Anyone have any Ideas?

FOUND IT

I had the sb card in pci slot 5. The resorces said there were no conflicts but no matter what I did I could not get the sound card to work. So I moved the card to pci slot 4 and the sb live is working great. Still shows no conflicts and every thing else seems to be working fine.

Yes the BE6-II is using a PCI slot for the ata66 controlling so if you want ata66 to work then don't put anything in that slot, but it you want that slot you have to disabe ata66
