I rescently purchased a USR 33.6 Sportster external which is 56k upgradeable but I need the files/disk to upgrade. The product id is 00083908 .

This board doesnt take too kindly to solicitation for software piracy and things illegal in nature....You are gonna have to settle for what you have or pay USR for the upgrade that you are seeking as far as this board is concerned.....

I bought it as a 56k though but found out it wasn't.So they should send me it free...
