i could save my w2k-system by using an 8mths old backup-image(ghost) of systempartition C. software is installed on software-partition D.
what could be lost in the meantime from the backup and the system-crash. i interrupted calculations. i tried repairs and could enter for a short period of time. but this is over. its now working but i would like to know what should be updated/reinstalled. favorites and passwords(FF) are reinstalled. thanks
