Hi.
I want to open one drawing and on top on that open one ivisible layer to paint on.
Sometimes i find interesting electronic circuits in bad conditions, and i want to improve (redraw) these circuits on the additional upper layer with "sharp edges" and high resolution (300 dpi and LineArt) before printing and UV. The problem is that i cannot figure out how to create this invisble layer! I am aware of that this is an very old program. but i have continued using it.
