Power adapter?

Would someone know the proper designation/term for this power input? It is in a Micro Solutions backpack CDRW (model 222103), which came with a Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop. Similar looking to a S-video cable, but only 6 pins. I am trying to locate an AC adapter to power this unit (115-120V - Canada), and wondered if this is a standard input or a proprietary type from Dell?

That is a DIN connector. I would start by looking on the manufacturers website then go to Dell.
