You could get it at www.bootdisk.com (http://www.bootdisk.com)
I know it's a boot disk but you could grab the driver from the disk

That is the boot disk I used to get the machine up and running. It makes the CD drive R which is converted to Drive D when windows boots. I just looked at the boot disk and I see no Driver file on it. The prob is that I have the machine up and running but the CD is running in DOS not compatibility mode but DOS and cannot load my visioneer prog. also cannot access the CD with any windows programs.
I have a NEC cd and cannot find any drivers for it but know that the OAK driver will work.

You can get the generic Oak drivers for your drive at the Hival site.

Dell has the NEC drivers. ~... NEC is certain to have them, didn't bother to check, already knew about these places.~
