Mntsnow socalgal 01-24-2000, 04:45 PM Apologies, Pollux. I wasn't ignoring your plea, but haven't been able to get here til now. Mntsnow seems to have taken good care of you, so you are all set then? BBA 01-24-2000, 06:26 PM Also, to get any Win9x to see a Win2K PC, simply select "Log OFF ..." from the start button on the 9x box, and then log on as the id "administrator". You don't even need to use a password. This works because all Win9x and NT installs use a default account called "administrator". It will also allow you to see across different workgroups and domains, as long as you don't have to join the domain to access it. Pollux 01-24-2000, 09:37 PM Thanks Socalgal and BBA... don't worry socalgal, i know you're very busy witht his board and all the other things in your life. those links and information are very helpful. -pollux Pollux 01-25-2000, 12:02 AM Thanks a bundle MntSnow!
