to a thread in a civilized, professional manner, please refrain from doing so. This forum is here to help people, and for people to have a good time too and some laughs. I have been seeing an ever increasing number of "this sucks, that sucks" posts, replies to questions that have nothing to do with the question whatsoever (and sometimes that are just plain rude), etc. I have only had to ban a couple people from the forum overall and don't want to have to do it again. Keep the peace! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Scott,
I do realize I was rude in my reply (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum2/HTML/004357.html) actually it was uncalled for. And there
was no excuse for me to post such a meassage.I should have just ignored this
persons reply to my post. I just felt this person gave me an ignorant answer to
my problem. And I ended up giving this person an ignorant reply. As I said I am
having a bad day.It does get old when you have to reboot every 20 minutes just
to stay online.
Also you do have a great site and provide all of use with a well needed service.
Thank you very much for the service you provide for all of us.

As the size of the population increases, so does the lunatic fringe - exponentialy........

How's that for a bit of humor and a little added insight.

I'm all for being more "tactful" about how we might criticize each other, but would not welcome an end to criticism, which I'm sure is not what was intended by our esteemed editor.

For some it's just too easy in such forums as there are few consequences, being some of us hide behind vague profiles and cryptic names to insulate ourselves.....

Just a few thoughts to build on.

Scott, just tonight I commented on how civil the behavior is in this forum. Continued enforcement of policy is a very welcome relief in light of the conduct that plagues many areas. I see many future "Darwin Award" winners in my travels in this E-World. thanks again DrVette
